Terms and Conditions
By trading online at Stinneholm.com you are subject to our terms of trade. We therefore recommend that you always read these terms before shopping in our webshop at stinneholm.com.
We make reservations for price and printing errors as well as sold out items.
An order is only binding when it is approved by the seller with an order confirmation by mail.
All amounts on stinneholm.com are listed in DKK – Danish kroner and are incl. VAT.
Stinneholm.com receives payment with:
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse.
Stinneholm.com uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.
Stinneholm.com regularly ships with goods. The goods arrive within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise agreed in relation to special orders and orders.
Remember to check your order upon receipt
We are only interested in the fact that our jewelery has been good during transport. Therefore, please check the contents of the package upon receipt.
If the package and / or contents are damaged upon receipt, you must immediately report this to us or the freight company immediately – and within 4 days after receipt.
Stinneholm.com is not responsible for goods damaged during transport. However, we guarantee that we always pack the goods properly.
A 2-year warranty is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Stinneholm.com covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

No parcels sent on demand are received.
If a refund has been agreed, please send bank details with the package or by email so we can transfer the agreed amount as soon as possible.
60 days full return policy is given for goods purchased in our webshop at stinneholm.com. The period is counted from the day you receive the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to specialty jewelry. You will have to pay return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 60 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days of returning the shipment.
The notification must be given per. email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return of the item and return costs
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, please send or deliver the item to:

The item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
Please note that we do not receive items sent by mail. demand or without distribution to our address.
You must pay the postage and any other expenses associated with the return. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
You are responsible for the parcel arriving at our warehouse. We therefore recommend that you use track and trace so that you can always follow the package.
The cost of returning in Denmark up to 2 kg is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. DKK 50 if the item is shipped.
Refund of the money
When you cancel your entire purchase, we will refund all payments received by you, including any shipping costs. In the case of partial cancellation, we will not refund delivery costs.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 7 days from the date we received your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.
We’ll process such a refund with the same payment method you used in the original transaction. We do not refund amounts to other persons or their bank account.
You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is put into service other than what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not use it for real use.

In order for you as a customer to enter into a transaction with Stinneholm.com, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. The collection of this information is necessary for us to deliver goods to you.
Information provided to Stinneholm.com is not disclosed or sold to third parties and we do not record any sensitive information. Unless you specify otherwise or sign up for our newsletter, your information will be deleted after 6 months.
Stinneholm.com always follows the guidelines and laws required by the Danish Consumer Agency and the EU.
